Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Dry Egg noodle package or Fresh egg noodle
  • 2 large slice carrots
  • 1/4 of whole onion slice onion
  • 3 cups cabbage
  • 3 cloves mince garlic
  • 1 bunch green onion , green part only

  • SAUCE SAUCE SAUCE SAUCE SAUCE
  • 2 tbsp Dark soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce or hoisin for sub

Instructions
 

  • remember that if you cant use oyster sauce you can replace with hoisin sauce for similar taste
