  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp White pepper
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 1 each Bell pepper
  • 1 bunch Green onion
  • 3 each Garlic clove ( minced)

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp corn starch
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
