Ingredients
- 8 Large Shrimp or 16 small shrimps
- 8 oz Pasta
- 1/2 cup White wine
- 1 whole Lemon (squeeze)
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 small Buch of parsley
- 1 pinch Salt to taste at end

- Start with half a lemon and taste if you need a little more then add more hten season with salt at the end.

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Fill a pot with water and add 2 tbsp salt bring it up to boil and cook pasta of your choice to package directions.
2.To a hot pan add 3 tbsp oil and place shrimp down and season with salt and pepper cook shrimp for 1 1/2 minutes then flip over and add garlic, chili flakes and cook for 2 more minutes.
3. Deglaze your pan with white wine and squeeze lemon juice, allow the liquid to reduce by half, and then lower the heat to low add your butter and mix until you have a creamy sauce, add pasta and parsley mix and season with a little salt to taste, serve and enjoy.
