  • 1 1/2 lbs bottom round steak
  • 5 small potatoes
  • 2 cups salsa verde
  • 1 tbsp chicken bouillon

HOW TO MAKE CARNE IN SALSA VERDE

INSTRUCTION

1.Start by dicing your meat and gold potatoes to bite size pieces.

  1. To a hot pan add 2 tbsp oil and cook meat for 2 minutes season with salt and add your potatoes and cook for 2 more minutes

3.After you cook the potatoes you will add salsa Verde, water and chicken bouillon, then bring it up to a boil and cover and simmer at low heat for 25 minutes

4.Serve it with rice, beans or eat it like a taco and enjoy.
