- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce

- 2 tbsp Dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp Corn starch
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp white pepper

- 1 head Broccoli
- 8 oz Egg Noodle ( orient chef brand i use)

How to make beef and broccoli noodles
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Start by slicing thin you meat of your choice, place onto a bowl, and marinate with Soy sauce, white pepper, corn starch, and hoisin sauce.
2. The sauce is simple mix 2 tbsp Dark soy sauce,2 tbsp Soy sauce,2 tbsp Hoisin sauce,1 tbsp Corn starch,3 tbsp Sugar, and 1/2 tsp white pepper in toa bowl and stir well to avoid any clumps.
3. Cook you noddle’s to package directions and allow to fully cool down before use.
4. To a hot pan add 2 tbsp oil and cook meat for 1 minute, then add your broccoli and cook for 4 more minutes, then add your noodles, and sauce and cook for the final 2 minutes and enjoy.
