- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper

- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp white pepper

- 1 cup frozen vegies
- 3 cloves Minced Garlic
- 2 cups Cooked day old rice

HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN FRIED RICE
INSTRUCTIONS
1.To make your sauce you need to mix Soy sauce, hoisin sauce, white pepper and sugar in a cup or ramekin and set to the side to use later.
2. Dice your chicken breast or thigh of your choice to bite-size pieces.
3. To a hot pan add 3 tbsp oil and add chicken, salt, pepper and cook for 5-6 minutes or until chicken temp is 160f then remove out of the pan. This way your chicken will not be overcooked and chewy.
4. To the same pan add your frozen veggies and garlic and cook for 1 minute, then set to the side add your eggs, and scramble them with the veggies. Add the chicken, rice, and sauce and mix well then serve and enjoy.
