Steak Fried Rice
Steak fried rice is easy and full of flavor that combines tender pieces of steak with fried rice and your favorite veggies.
What steak can i use for fried rice?
Steak fried rice can be made with many different types of meat like sirloin, flat iron ribeye, and bottom round steak, it all depends on what you prefer to use.

Ingredients
- 1 lbs Sirloin steak (or your favorite cut)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder

- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 tsp sugar

- VEGIE VEGIE VEGIE VEGIE VEGIE VEGIE VEGIE VEGIE
- 1 cup frozen veggies
- 3 each garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 cups Cook white rice

- Make sure you steam rice is at least 1 day old before cooking

How to make steak fried rice?
INSTRUCTIONS
1.To make your sauce you need to mix Soy sauce, hoisin sauce, white pepper and sugar in a cup or ramekin and set to the side to use later.
2.Dice your top sirloin steak or any other steak of your choice to bite-size pieces.
3. To a hot pan add 3 tbsp oil and add steak, salt, pepper, and garlic powder and cook for 2-3 minutes then remove out of the pan. This way your steak will not be overcooked and chewy.
4. To the same pan add your frozen veggies and garlic and cook for 1 minute, then set to the side add your eggs, and scramble them with the veggies. Add the steak, rice and sauce and mix well then serve and enjoy.
