How to make Beef and Broccoli
INSTRUCTION
1.Start by thinly slicing your meat, place it into a bowl, and Marinate in the fridge for 30 min with the canola oil, oyster sauce, soy sauce, white pepper, and salt.
2.Place the meat in the fridge and start making your sauce, to a bowl add the Chicken stock, soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, white pepper, and cornstarch, and mix until fully combined.
3.Cook your broccoli in boiling water for only 30 seconds, no more than that because you want the broccoli to stay firm, not mushy because you will continue to cook it more in the later steps.
4. Onto a high-heat pan cook your meat for 2 minutes first on one side then flip the meat to the other side add the minced garlic and cook for 2 more minutes, followed by the broccoli and sauce mixture, and let cook for 2 more minutes on high heat until the sauce it thickens and coated the meal. Serve and enjoy
