It combines a warm soft tortilla, with fluffy flavorful rice, tender seasoned chicken, beans and creamy avocado then drizzled with salsa verde to wrap everything together.
What type of chicken is best for burrito?
Well, there are 2 options 1 is white meat which is chicken breast which is super lean and juicy if not overcooked, the 2 choice, and my personal favorite is dark meat chicken thighs a little more fatty but packed full of flavor and a big plus is that if it’s over cooked it remains super juicy.
Chicken Burrito Recipe
Ingredients
- Rice Rice RICE RICE RICE
- 2 cups jasmine rice (washed)
- 3 cups water
- 2 cubes Chicken bouillon (or 2 tbsp powder)

- 1 lbs Chicken thigh
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp paprika

- Topping topping Topping Topping Topping Topping
- 1/2 cup black bean or your favorite
- 1/2 each avocado (diced)
- 3 tbsp salsa verde
- 12 inch Burrito Flour Tortilla

- You can add any type of salsa to enhance your burrito.
HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN BURRITO RECIPE?
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Wash 2 cups of jasmine rice and place it in a rice cooker add water and chicken bouillon mix well press cook setting and set to the side.
2. Cut chicken thighs to bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder and allow to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
3. To a hot pan add 3 tbsp oil and add your chicken and cook for 8 minutes, 4 minutes for each side or once the chicken reaches 165 degrease, then set to the side.
4. Grab a hot 12-inch flour tortilla and place rice, chicken, beans avocado, and salsa verde. Then pull the side of the tortilla together and roll the burrito tightly.
